I received 72 pieces colored pastel pencils. I and very unhappy with them. First of all They were not sharpened, secondly the sharpener provided does not sharpen them well. Thirdly the tips keep breaking. Fourth, they don’t blend well. Only the white pencil blends.

hi just purchased a set of 72 pastel pencils but they are all un sharpened which is a big pain. Is this an error as all the photos show pre sharpen pencils I I return can you exchange please

I do a LOT of under painting for my photo-surrealistic and landscape works. Do these come as individual colors for the white, yellow, and ultramarine blue that I use TONS of?
