Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your H&B art supplies. If you're not 100% satisfied, you may return your order for a full refund within 50 days of the purchase date.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in the original box and/or packaging
- Opened or partially used sets (pencils, paint tubes, etc.) are not eligible for refund
How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- Your name
- The email address used to place the order
Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For US customers, we recommend USPS Flat Rate Shipping.
Please include your order confirmation or write your order number clearly on the outside of the package.

All orders ship from our US fulfillment center (Amazon FBA). Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
