I’ve emailed your company twice now regarding missing colors from the 120 set i just purchased, without response since july 6th 2025. How do I get a hold of your customer service if you dont respond to emails? You wrote in the product description that you always try to make things right if there’s a problem. Well, ignoring a paying customer isn’t making things right. I don’t want to contact Amazon directly but will have no choice but to do so if a response isnt received soon. Im missing at least 6 correct color pencils from the set I purchased and a color chart wasn’t included as shown in your photos.
I received today , April 14, 2025, the H&B black edition box, but it was missing five (5) colors from the metallic colors tray. What should be the process to get the missing pencils?
